We enjoyed the convenience of the location, being close to everything, including the Christmas markets in the old center of this city. The clean hotel facilities and excellent breakfast were also great, and the staff were always enthusiastic and helpful with our needs.

Everything was spot on.

As business travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed the well-equipped big room with a stunning view through the huge window. The window not only allowed ample natural light but also provided a convenient place to put our belongings. The spacious clothes hanger area was a plus, and the staff's friendliness made us feel valued. The location in the heart of the city was marvelous, ensuring easy access to bustling Munich. The consistent and good water pressure, along with the pleasant heat, added to our comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel thoughtfully provided branded and high-quality shampoo, cleanser, and other amenities. The nice touches like complimentary aqua and a Negroni in the room were a delightful surprise. Lastly, we appreciated the little music touch in the bathroom, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Isartor subway station and close proximity to the Christmas markets in Marienplatz. It is also very close to the old town and right in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests also appreciate the great bathroom products, water pressure in the shower, and the comfortable beds.

Some guests have mentioned issues with a clogged drain in the bathroom, causing flooding during showers.

The design of the room was really nice, and I loved the huge window that let in a lot of natural light. The window also had a convenient place to put things, which I used as a table. The location was fantastic, being just a block away from the center of old town. It was so convenient to explore the area and visit landmarks. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of delicious choices.

The shower situation was a bit inconvenient as there was no door or curtain, so water would get everywhere in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a kettle or a fridge in the room to make tea or coffee.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary coffee every morning. Even though the room was a bit dark, it was clean and comfortable.
